Purpose

Another crucial part of creating the ideal room or house is remembering the purpose. This is important as the type room as well as its function are a huge factor in deciding the appearance and decor within the room itself. For example, a bedroom will not have the same function as a kitchen and will therefore, include different furniture, color schemes, and possibly mood. This is because their functions are completely different. While a bedroom may need a calm mood as it a place to relax, a kitchen may be vibrant and welcoming as it is common meeting place. In addition, bedrooms will include basic furniture such as a bed, desk, dresser, etc. Meanwhile, kitchens will include a refrigerator, microwave, stove, etc, which is yet another result of the rooms’ varying functions.

Organization

One of the most important factors towards a dream room or even house is organization. A neat room will seem more attractive and clean to the eye. To achieve this look, include shelves and fashionable boxes or crates as well as furniture used for storage. Avoid clutter and unnecessary items in the room as they will make the room look too busy. However, do not be afraid to include decorations as they add a unique touch to the room that is as equally important as organization.

Like stated before, the number one tip that everyone must remember when designing your ideal house, you must first pick a color scheme.

No matter the room, bathroom, bedroom, family room, or even kitchen, you must have a specific color scheme before you start designing and decorating. For your ideal spaces to be decorated you want to remember fluidity, colors can portray a certain mood and depending on the space trying to be represented, the colors should be chosen accordingly.
